How do I use voice logging?
Tap the microphone button on the Today screen and speak naturally. Examples: "4 oz bottle at 2pm", "She napped for 2 hours", "First smile today!" The app will parse your utterance and log the appropriate event.
How is my data handled?
Your data is stored on your device and synced to your account so the app works across devices and with the caregivers you invite. We do not sell personal information. For full details — what we collect, who processes it, and how to delete it — see our Privacy Policy.
Can I track multiple babies?
Yes! Multi-baby tracking is included with Pebble & Petal Plus. Each child gets their own timeline and data.
How do I upgrade to Pebble & Petal Plus?
Tap Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. You can choose monthly ($7.99/month) or yearly ($69.99/year) plans with a 7-day free trial.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Free users can export basic JSON/CSV data. Pebble & Petal Plus subscribers get detailed PDF reports.
How do I invite my partner or nanny?
Go to Settings → Manage Caregivers and tap "Invite Caregiver". You can invite co-parents (full access) or nannies with customizable permissions. Multi-caregiver access requires Pebble & Petal Plus.
What if I need medical help?
Pebble & Petal is for tracking and educational support only. For emergencies, call 911. For medical concerns, contact your pediatrician. See our Medical Disclaimer.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. The app walks you through confirmation and removes your data from our servers. You can also request deletion from our web data deletion page.
Technical Support
App won't load / crashes on startup
- Force quit the app and restart
- Check for app updates in the App Store/Play Store

Voice logging not working
- Ensure microphone permissions are enabled: Settings → Pebble & Petal → Microphone
- Check that your device microphone is working (try voice memos)
- Speak clearly and avoid background noise
